Pre-Race Collection

• Collect your T-shirt, transponder, and challenge cards 90 minutes before your race start time.
• Note: Nippers do not receive transponders or challenge cards.

Parking

• Plan ahead and allow extra time for parking due to limited spaces and potential traffic congestion.

Nippers Race

• The Nippers race starts approximately 30 minutes before the main event, allowing parents to participate in both events.
• Check the start times above for details.

Prize Giving

• Join us for a fun and short prize-giving ceremony, featuring spot prizes and merit awards for age group winners.
• Listen to the announcer's instructions for the exact timing.

Requirements

• Wear the provided XRACE t-shirt and timing chip (transponder) during the competition.

Recommended Attire

• Wear athletic clothing and closed-toed shoes.
• If it rains, arrive prepared as we'll all be getting wet!

Essential Items to Bring

• A pencil or pen to write down challenge answers (pencils work best in wet conditions).
• A small carabiner or item to keep your challenge cards together (not provided, so please bring your own).
